Leadership 360 Assessment
Leaders do not always experience their own behaviour in the same way as the people around them. This assessment makes those differences visible and gives them specific feedback they can act on.
What’s
included.
Multi-rater feedback that gives leaders a structured view of how their behaviour is experienced by direct reports, peers and stakeholders.
Built for
these people.
If none of these sound like you, it probably isn’t the right buy — say so and we’ll point you at something that is.
- New leaders in their first twelve months
- Experienced leaders who have never had structured feedback
- Teams where the same friction keeps recurring

What happens
after you buy.
Four steps, three to four weeks. You are only needed for the first one and the last one — the middle runs itself.
-
Nominate your raters
After purchase, you receive a link to nominate six to twelve raters for each leader, including direct reports, peers and at least two stakeholders outside the immediate team.
Straight after purchase -
Raters are invited
Once the list is submitted, each rater is invited to complete the survey. The questions focus on observed behaviour and take around fifteen minutes.
Same day -
The window closes
The survey closes when all raters have responded or after thirty days, whichever comes first.
30 days, or sooner -
Debrief and report
We then book a 90-minute one-to-one debrief. The report is provided as part of that conversation so the findings can be interpreted properly.
