This usually involves also engaging with staff for interviews, workshops, and focus groups. We can also develop a more tailored report and recommendation and even help with implementing improvements.
This is scoped separately as the specific needs can be quite different for each client and the scale of their operation and need for implementation services.
Yes. Individual responses are never shown and we do not report results for cohorts of fewer than eight people. These privacy arrangements are made clear to participants before they complete the survey.
It provides structured evidence that psychosocial hazards have been assessed against the hazards identified in the model code. It is not a compliance certification and should not be presented as one.
The findings may identify issues that are uncomfortable or unexpected. The debrief is designed to help the leadership team interpret them and agree what to do next.
